Grande Prairie Counterbalance Forklift Training

Grande Prairie Counterbalance Forklift Training - Counterbalance Forklift Training courses are always in high demand. The Counterbalance forklift is a forklift that is made with a weight which counters the balance, equally distributing the weight of the load across the arms of the forklift. Counterbalance forklifts are designed so the weight behind the center of gravity is counterbalanced by the weight on the lift. The load is projected out from the equipment's front so it is visible to the operator of the forklift. Trainees would know how to raise and lower the load vertically and how to tilt the mast of the forklift both forwards and backwards between 5 and 15 degrees. Trainees would know the RTITB standards required for safe forklift operation. Individuals training would also become familiar with the types of attachments for the forklift arms.
